Refunds and Returns Policy
Please read these terms and conditions carefully as purchasing from our website means you agree to them.
You can buy products and race entries from us online, or by telephone (0207 261 1177). Soon after an order is placed, you will receive a Paypal email confirmation for the transaction amount. We only accept payments in pound sterling.
For products we aim to deliver within the UK in around three days. We will not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible if your item doesn't arrive when expected, and we will investigate and respond within 24 hours.
In accordance with EU Regulations you have the right to cancel your purchase within seven days of payment, or seven days of receipt of the product(s) (whichever is the longer). If you do cancel your order you must return the product(s) to the following address - Face Partnership, Unit 303, 30 Great Guildford Street, London, SE1 0HS. On receipt of the returned product(s) the product(s) price will be refunded directly into the account used to make the purchase. You will not receive a refund of any postage or administration charges.
Race entries will be refunded in full to riders who do not compete in the event.
You can pay by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo or American Express. All transactions are processed using a secure server. The prices displayed on our website are in British pounds.
